MindTrance Self Hypnosis Training teaches participant to communicate with their unconsious mind to achieve different goals in life.  Given the tools to effectively communicate with the unconscious mind, not only are the participants able to manage limiting habits and make changes in their lives, they will also learn the technique of achieving deep relaxation. Deep relaxation is proven by studies to able to help reducing mental stress and improving the general well being of a person especially in the fast-paced present modern days. MindTrance Self-Hypnosis Training is a UK General Hypnotherapy Standard Council validated training. MindTrance training has been conducted for more than 15 years for a total of 70 sessions in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia and Australia. ​ MindTrance Self-Hypnosis Training is also a pre-requisite to Basic Hypnotist Certification Training and other more advanced trainings. MindTrance Self Hypnosis Training is led by instructors who are certified hypnotherapists with active clinical hypnotherapy practice and experience.
