EMOTION FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

EFT, also called Tapping, stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. In basic terms, it is an emotional version of acupuncture without using needles.  During EFT, certain meridian points on the body are stimulated by tapping on them with fingertips.  This has shown repeatedly to reduce the conventional therapy process from months or years down to minutes, hours or a few sessions.  

 

This technique has proven useful in clinical settings for many emotional, physical or performance issue you might encounter.  This includes everything from emotional conditions such as fears, trauma, anger, depression and physical conditions such as bee stings, multiple sclerosis, back pain, vision issues  as well as performance such as playing baseball, gymnastics, singing or golf.
