Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practice of understanding the way people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to respond to their external world. The old programs in our mind create mental filters in the form of beliefs and values and they control the amount of information perceived through our five senses as well as how it is interpreted. Based on this, people react accordingly to external stimuli and produce certain results and experiences.
With NLP techniques, we are able to reprogram the old patterns that no longer serve us and therefore achieve a different result whether it is changing a limiting belief or habit. NLP techniques can also address conflicting parts within a person that are preventing the person to move forward to achieve the desired outcome.
